Paving Costs
Prices will vary but the average cost of paving is from £100 - £200 per square metre, including all costs and materials.

Larger areas can be cheaper due to economies of scale. However, things like difficult access for excavation and using very high end materials will make it more expensive.
Fencing Costs

Panel fencing costs an average of £70 - £120 per linear metre, including all materials and labour.

Low wooden fences will be at the less expensive end of the range and tall composite fences will be more expensive.​​

Artificial Grass Costs
Artificial grass typically costs around £70 - £100 per square metre, including all materials and labour.

Decking Costs
Decking can cost an average of around £180 - £250 per square metre, for all materials and labour.

Treated wooden decking tends to be less expensive than composite, and things like balustrades and steps will add to the cost.
Turfing Costs
Good quality turf costs around £18 - £25 per square metre, including excavation, topsoil, levelling, and installing the turf.

If the area to be turfed is very overgrown so that a lot of waste must be taken away first, the cost may be higher.
Lawn Mowing Costs
Regular lawn mowing for a residential garden typically costs £15 - £50 per visit, depending on size and accessibility.

If the lawn is very large or the grass is very long, the costs may be higher. We also offer grass cutting for commercial clients.
